Terms of Service

Welcome to AxdIt. These terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you use our platform. By using AxdIt, you’re agreeing to them.

If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us that says something different, that agreement takes priority over these general terms.

What AxdIt does

AxdIt is a platform that uses AI to help you photograph, identify, and keep track of the furniture and equipment in your workplace along with reporting and sustainability features to help you get more value from what you already own.

We’re still growing and improving AxdIt, so features and AI accuracy will keep getting better over time. We’ll let you know about any major changes.

Your account

• Please keep your login details secure and give us accurate information when you sign up.
• If you’re part of a company account, your organisation’s own admin manages who has access and what they can do.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account, unless it’s down to something we’ve done wrong.
• We may pause or close an account if we believe it’s being used in a way that breaks these terms, puts security at risk, or breaks the law.

Pricing and how it’s agreed

We’re currently working closely with early customers as we bring AxdIt to market, which means pricing isn’t a fixed, one-size-fits-all number just yet.

Instead, we’ll agree the right plan for your organisation directly with you, based on things like how many sites and assets you need to cover, how many people need access, and which features you need. This means we can offer fair, sensible pricing whether you’re trying AxdIt out for the first time or rolling it out across a large organisation.

Nothing is charged, and no minimum commitment applies, until we’ve agreed the specifics with you in writing. If you’d like to talk about pricing, just get in touch and we’ll take you through it.

Payments

Once we’ve agreed pricing with you, you’ll pay according to the terms we’ve set out together — for example, how often you’re billed and how payment is made. If a payment is missed, we may need to pause access until it’s sorted, though we’ll always give you fair notice first.

Your data

• Your data is yours. Any photos, records, or asset information you add to AxdIt stay your property.
• We only use your data to provide the Service to you, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
• Please make sure you have permission to upload anything you add — for example, that it’s okay to photograph the spaces and items you’re auditing.
• If you ever leave AxdIt, we’ll give you a reasonable window to export your data before it’s deleted.

Using AxdIt fairly

To keep things running well for everyone, please don’t:

• Use AxdIt for anything unlawful
• Try to copy, extract, or reverse-engineer the platform or its AI
• Upload anything you don’t have the right to, or that’s explicit, harmful, or unlawful (see “Keeping the platform safe” below for how we detect and act on this)
• Try to disrupt or interfere with how AxdIt works
• Resell access to AxdIt without checking with us first

Keeping the platform safe

AxdIt is built for photographing furniture and workplace equipment, and we take misuse of that seriously.

Every photo uploaded to AxdIt is automatically checked using image moderation technology before it’s processed, to detect explicit, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content. Content that’s flagged is blocked from being uploaded or processed further.

Where we’re legally required to report certain content to the relevant authorities (for example, the Internet Watch Foundation or law enforcement), we will do so, in line with UK law. We may also suspend or close an account immediately where this kind of misuse is detected, without the notice period described elsewhere in these terms.

Who owns what

AxdIt owns the platform itself the software, the AI, and our branding. Using AxdIt doesn’t give you ownership of any of that. You keep ownership of your own data, as explained above.

Keeping things running

We work hard to keep AxdIt available and reliable. As we’re still in an early stage of growth, we don’t currently promise a specific uptime guarantee unless we’ve agreed one with you directly but we’ll always give as much notice as we reasonably can if we need to carry out maintenance.

If something goes wrong

Our AI is designed to make audits faster and easier, but it’s not perfect that’s why we build in a step for you to check and confirm anything it detects before you rely on it.

We’re not responsible for indirect losses, and nothing in these terms limits anything that can’t legally be limited (for example, around personal injury). Where liability applies, it’s limited to what’s set out in any agreement we’ve signed with you, or otherwise to what you’ve paid us over the past 12 months.

Ending your use of AxdIt

You can stop using AxdIt at any time. If we’ve agreed specific terms with your organisation, those will explain how to end things. Otherwise, we just ask for reasonable notice. We may close accounts immediately in cases of serious misuse or non-payment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AxdIt grows particularly as we move from early pricing conversations to a more standard published model. We’ll post updates here and let existing customers know if anything important changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
